Description

Osmaniye'de düzenlenen operasyonda piyasa değeri yaklaşık 2,5 milyon TL olan 250 bin adet kaçak ilaç ele geçirildi.Osmaniye İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü ve Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı koordinesinde yürütülen soruşturma kapsamında M.Ç.P., M.P. ve A.Y. isimli şahısların ikamet ve iş yerlerine eş zamanlı operasyon düzenlendi. Yapılan aramalarda çeşitli markalara ait 250 bin adet ilacın yasal mevzuata aykırı şekilde, uygun depolama şartları sağlanmadan ve son kullanma tarihleri geçmiş olarak saklandığı belirlendi.

Ele geçirilen ilaçlara el konulurken, şüpheliler hakkında adli işlem başlatıldığı öğrenildi.
